We have stayed at the Novotel a few times over the years, but feel it is getting a bit tired now, the location and the mineral pools were the only reason we stayed rather than staying at the Pullman. Had the buffet on Sunday night, overpriced for value, surly staff and cold food, as we are Accor members wasn't quite so bad as didn't pay the full price. Breakfast was very good, gluten free was good and staff very helpful.
