I was pleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews, to have a very positive experience. Check in was on time and smoothy executed. My room was just as I had asked (quiet). I enjoyed the fact that it had a bath! Lovely. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The lakeside location was very convenient as was the proximity to a range of good eateries. Am thinking of planning another visit to Rotorua soon and staying at the Novotel.

Had one of the best stays because Gurinder Singh made sure our stay was welcoming. As a member, it's the attention to detail to what makes us happy as a customer. Grinder always makes me feel welcome with a personal welcome and any requests is easily dealt with. I enjoyed the new changes to buffet and new staff are very pleasant and efficient. Keep up the good work.

The rooms are tired and worm and the bathrooms are very dated with bath showers. Way too expensive for the poor quality
