Batten 1 & 2
Batten 1 & 2 is the hotel’s largest conference room and can host up to 500 people for cocktails. Batten 1 & 2 is ideal for trade exhibitions, large dinners, plenary sessions and the room features ceiling brackets and vehicle access. This room can also divide into two smaller sized rooms that are ideal for breakout sessions.

Rutherford
Rutherford room is our second largest function room and features natural light, vehicle access, and ceiling brackets for theming or equipment. This room can seat up to 260 people theatre style and is ideal for plenary sessions, dinners, exhibitions or even a large breakout room.

Batten 2
Batten 2 can seat up to 200 guests in theatre style. This room is ideal for dinners, day meetings or as a breakout room. Batten 2 features both vehicular access and ceiling brackets for theming or equipment set up.

Batten 1
Batten 1 can seat up to 150 guests in theatre style. Connected to Batten 2 this room can be transformed into a larger space if required. The room is ideal for dinners, day meetings or as a breakout room.


Mansfield
Mansfield room is located on the Mezzanine level and can seat up to 80 people in theatre style. This room is ideal for smaller events, intimate dinners or as a breakout area.

Seddon
Seddon room is located on the Mezzanine level and can seat up to 50 people in theatre style. The room features natural light and is ideal for smaller events, intimate dinners or as a breakout area.

Blake Boardroom
Located on the Mezzanine level the Blake boardroom can seat up to 12 people around a boardroom table. This room is ideal for board meetings and can also be used as a small breakout room.


Executive Boardroom
Located on the ground level the Executive boardroom is a luxury boardroom for people who are serious about business. The room can seat up to 12 people around a permanent boardroom table and features leather business chairs, an espresso coffee machine, data projector, high speed internet connection, and a state of the art Smartboard.

The Executive boardroom is adjacent to the business centre where your business needs can be taken care of.
